Lemon Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Recipe

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp tsp salt 

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 clove of garlic diced

  • 1/4 tsp cholula hot sauce (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.

  2. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Put your fish or scallops in saucepan and pour mixture over and sauté on medium high heat until thoroughly cooked.

  4. Serve over pasta or with potatoes! Mangia!
